February 2011 Meeting

Thanks to our special host, Virgil!  His sandwiches were delicious and that man can make a mean rice krispie treat!

“The Gun” by CJ Chivers will be featured on Fresh Air on NPR on October 12th, his book release date…. so all you NPR junkies better tune in! Very exciting, and a little weird considering we got our last pick Happy Marriage from Fresh Air.

October Book and Meeting

We will be reading our final classic for 2010, Anne Frank’s The Diary of a Young Girl.  The meeting is October 19th at Christine’s house.  Start thinking of classic selections for next year – we will finalize the classics for 2011 at our November meeting.
